No Divorce only charge for Bigamy

Marriage solemnized as per Muslim custom and was registered under Special Marriage Act after 25 yrs from initial rituals, Wife filed for DV, 498 (a), Divorce after 25 yrs of Marriage, reissue passport in maiden name to remove spouse name, went abroad to meet relatives but secretly married again, Now living abroad but IN ANOTHER COUNTRY on spouse sponsorship. 3 countries involved : India+ Abroad 1+ Abroad 2. Husband not willing to divorce but want to prosecute wife for Bigamy and bring her India.

The spouse has to file divorce in India only under special marriage act! Yes without divorce it falls under Bigmay until it is proved ! You need to hire expert advocate to get your legal views n implications Plz b in touch
