Needed help in Court Marriage between Muslims

Is it compulsory in to keep the marriage for at least one year if Muslim couple get married in court using court marriage?

Yes if marriage is registered under Special marriage act then you can’t get divorce within one of your marriage until there is exception hardship or exceptional depravity Thanks n b in touch to understand the legalities
