Mother alive not giving share to her daughters.

A women have properties on her name which was purchased by her husband while he was working as Government employee and expired recently. Now, the women gifting the properties to her sons, daughters want to fight against this issue. Is Muslim personal law gives share to daughters in this case ? If, yes procedure may be informed.

There is no concept of joint property under muslim law. As the property stands in name of the mother, she is absolute owner and can deal with the same as she likes. Your concern regarding the share under mulsim law comes into existance only after the death of the testator. As long as she is alive no share can be claimed, we can file Litigation on your behalf upon further evaluation of facts.
