Legal validity of talaq in muslim law

28-May-2023 (In Muslim Law Law)
My husband went away after a quarrel in Dec. 2022. In March, April and May 2023 he sent 3 talaq letters to the Masjid where the Nikkah was conducted without sending me any letters. The Masjid authorities failed to inform me till May 2023. Besides, no arbitration happened between us or the families. Is this divorce legally valid?

Yes, it's valid under Shariah.
In Indian law, you can file a case against him. He sent it to the masjid, nevertheless, he should send you a letter.
Arbitration is one of the essentials under Shariah, the talaq will be valid even if it does not follow.
