Khula request for divorce from my husband

I moved to Cape Town for my husband but the marriage did not work out. I am married under shariah law. How can I start the divorce/khula process in Lucknow?
Madam..
You have to file a divorce petition in the district courts of Lucknow. But before that please let me know the grounds due to which you seek divorce. Divorce could only be granted if you have proper grounds as per law.
