I want my daughter and my wife back (muslim)

I am muslim. I married on 21 May 2015 just 300 meter away from my home. My wife is not coming back after delivery. She has been living with her parents for almost 1 years. She want me to stay separate from my parents in another place. My mother in law is dangerous & she is all in all of her family.My wife is doing exactly what her mother wants.I tried several times to convince her but no output Please help me. I want my daughter my wife and I cant leave my parents.
You need to bring elders and community leaders to intervene and have Counselling for both of the families to reunite. If all talks and Counselling sessions fail to bring any put. You can file a Suit for restitution of conjugal rights for taking your wife back and also file a Suit for child custody under guardian and warship act. Atleast you will interim visitation rights to meet child. Please contact a local lawyer of your place and start the process.
