Dear client, with regard to the details provided by you, it is evident that you have been suffering physical and mental abuse, the law is very certain in such cases. In such cases i would advice you to approach the authorities with a complaint u/s 498a for the cruelty u have suffered and section 3 and 4 of dowry prohibition act. along with this i would suggest the filing of a case under the the domestic violence act. but since you have expressed your willingness to continue your marriage, i would suggest a marriage councillor, who can evaluate your situation and talk to you and your husband and find the reason for your marital discord.
once you talk to a marriage councillor, all your facts will be on record, that would be a deterrent for your husband to abuse u.
If you want the abuse to stop, and if you are seeking security, i advice you to approach the authorities with your grevience and they will summon your husband and warn you husband not to repeat his acts.
will need further details to advice you accordingly
