How to get child custody and maintenance from my husband

I am a muslim.i got married in feb 2015 n there were fights between me n my husband after 2 months.he used to hit me n use abusive language.i concieved in aug 2015.he hit me during pregnancy also n left our rented house n returned to his parents house.thereafter i came to mumbai n gave birth to daughter in mar 2016.he has not paid a single penny since aug 2015.can i claim maintainance.i want sole custody of my child.i do not want to give visitation rights also to my husband.i dont mind taking a divorce n a lumpsum amount for bringing up my child as i am currently not working as my child in 2 yrs old.there is nobody to look after her.my parents are retired n live on my moms pension.
