How to file divorce is in laws harassing for money

sir please give me guidance regarding the case of divorce as it's the case of a Muslim girl get married with a Hindu boy in year 2003 having one kid and want to get seperate coz they always demand her money as dovery and she brought amount from home so many times and now her father is no more so pleas help us to get rid of this case
