Does a muslim widow have right in father in law's property

My sister is widow muslim her father in law death in 2015.her husband death before ten years she have girl child have 13 Years. Her father in law haven 4 acres land .total property enjoyed her brother in law only.they are not distributing any property to my sister.how can we get her property wrights as per the law
The property will be distributed equally between the legal heirs of the father-in-law. Your sister can claim for the right for her husband's share in the property.
