Disowning a daughter after marriage
12-Nov-2023 (In Muslim Law Law)
Wat is AAQ law n wat r d rules n for disowning a daughter after her marriage.. Just because she didn't want to forcibly do nikah with someone else whom hwr parents were forcing..to avoid forcible nikah for life she marrys a Muslim guy whom she wants as a lifepatrner without her parents knowledge.. after knowing this d parents disown der own daughter just because she married someone dey dint want to.. N do her nikah forcibly to someone whom dey want to..marriage is a girls own rights.. A Muslim girl has the right to choose her life partner rather Dan suffering the whole life with someone who she does not love she marries a person whom she loves n dis makes d parent angry n dey send her a disowning letter.. So doesn't d girl child have the rights for her fathers property.. Same her brother has done love marriage wen dey can share d property rights n rights to choose their life partner y can't a girl?? Please tell me d rules of disowning and a girls right for her father's property
The concept of rights over what is called as ancestral property is specIal to Hindus, buddists and Jains. What property is ancestral is another matter. But don` t be misled into believing that muslims have right over father`s property even when father is unwilling to own his daughter/s. muslim male or female can during thier life time give away the property in their name to anyone or spend all of it.
