Cheating by wife how can I take divorce and claim custody of my child

Hi, im a Muslim got arrng marriage in 2011 june.. before our marriage both me and my wife had a affair with different peoples but due to parents we both got married.. she was not staying in my house.. due to parental fight which i ignored it many times. Out 5 year she stayed just 2yrs with my parents.. now i got to know that she is talking to her ex boyfriend and trying to convince him .. now the question is wht should i do.?? We have a 2yrs old daughter.. i want my daughter.. she has taken her . I dont trust her anymore. And she is not capable to grow my daughter. Please suggest at the best..
You can file for divorce on the grounds that she is cheating. You need to prove that ground with some evidence.
As the age of your daughter is 2 years, the custody will go to the wife. As per law the custody of child remains with mother until the child attains the age of 5 years. You can claim for visitation rights.
