Can I go to kuwait when a case is pending against me

I am a muslim 6 years before i got married after marreige 30 days she has been with then she conssive her father came my home and took her for checkup from 6 years till now she is not come my home i have a baby girl in this time i go her home with my elders somany times to bring her but she not come i put a aplication to our rilegion leders to i want my wife but she not respond there also then i think she dnt like be with me thats y i send divorce with a lower then i got second marrege as our muslim low now she file casr againest me i want to go kuwait now in this time can i go kuwait
If a case is filed against you, it has to be known whether you have taken Bail and what sections of IPC are registered against you.
