Can a divorce be obtained from Mubarat Nama

Hello, kya kisi bhi Vakil ko authority hoti hai, ke wo apne Personal office me Mutual consent divorce mubarat Naama ke Notary Affidavit paper pe talaq kara sakte hai. Rs.100 Notary Affidavit paper se mutual consent divorce mubarat Naama in Muslim law, Talaq ho jaati hai ? Plz help me as soon as possible plz.
Actually it is not a right of advocate, it is right of parties that whether are the ready to Mutual consent divorce like Mubaratnama.
If both the parties signed that mubaratnama then it will be valid.

Yeah divorce /talaq valid nahi hai.
Kissi bhi vakil ko talaqnama banane ki power nahi hai.
Kazi ko board ke papers pe hi talaqnama /khula banane ki takat hai.
Any document made in a lawyers office is not valid and can be challenged in the court of law

Notary Advocate have no authority to declare mubaratnama. registered Kazi can only declare the Mubarat Nama on his letterhead with four muslim witness. Kazi’s mubaratnama is valid as it’s mutual consent.
