After khula divorce.Is posible to Reconciliate through registermarriag

I'm a Muslim girl got married under special marriage act in 2017. Then after family issue we stayed separate till 2019. And in 2019 got married with all ceremony. As I just stayed 2months with in laws. Every day I faced many issue with in laws and husband was changed and didn't support me. He was in affairs from longer time. I got to no about affairs only in 2019. Then problems created I took divorce from Muslim law. Now staying separate and not in contact from more than 5months. My main question is what about register marriage which we did in 2017. Should I go for mutual consent or I can marry to anyone. But I wish to patch up with my husband and show him a right way and forgive what happened. or else he will flirt with number of girls. And every girl will get hurted like me. He better known that register marriage certificate is with me. And he hope I will not respond to it. From Muslim law I have taken khula . is it possible to patchup with him through register marriage. Help me p
