my father is dead in an road accident if aggrieved legal heirs claimed compensation under workman compensation act 1923 and also filed mcop under section 166 of mv act 1994 and rules 3 of mact and section 140 of mv act can legal heirs plead that wc compensation be deducted from mcop petition and claim compensation for balance amount is it legally valid?
