Aap bank se FD banwa lijiye. That would be much better. Court accepts FD from banks usually. In case you want legal consultation for your case you may connect with complete details. Section 304 A / 100 BNS laga hoga culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

Agar Court ne sirf ₹10,000 ki FD/security dikhane ko kaha hai, to Post Office ki FD generally acceptable ho sakti hai, lekin ye Court ke specific order/direction par depend karega. Agar order mein specifically “bank FD” ya “scheduled/nationalised bank” likha hai, to Post Office FD avoid karein aur bank mein FD karwana better rahega. Safe side ke liye ₹10,000 ki FD kisi scheduled bank mein banwa kar uski original receipt Court mein produce karna sabse proper rahega.

Post Office ki FD bhi manniye hai. Iss vakay mai, doo cases chalenge; 1) MACT 2) Criminal Aap dono cases ko aache se contest karwana; kyuki victim ki moot hui hai, issleye aapko sajja hone ke chances jayada hai. Chunki mai MACT, Civil and Criminal ke cases pichle 4 saal se kr rha hu, maine dekha hai MACT kaa defence liya hua, criminal mai kaam mai aata hai. Issleye koisa bhi case dhila mt chordna and aache se ladwana aache wakil se.
