Received e challan of ghaziabad district

I got a message few days back that challan against my car number has been sent to court for disposal,which was absolutely surpersising and i had no idea about it. However when i checked it online i got information that challan was issued in ghaziabad in oct. So, what should i do to pay this challan as now challan is in court.
you have to assure that which authority has been issued chalan means chalan issued by the concerned traffic police or any other authority. if the chalan issued by traffic police then you have to contact with the C.O office and pay the panality. if you want to contest the case then you have to file an application before the concerned court to call the chalan in court where you will pay the panality or contest the case if you want.
