Procedure for obtaining license in case of losing challan

2016 me mera driving licence traffic police ne le liya tha aur traffic challan kat kr mujhe diya aur maine challan ghum kr diya toh ab mera driving licence kaise milega 1 year se zyada ho gaya driving licence bidhanagar police station me jama hai
In the given situation either you can apply for a new license or you can approach the concerned traffic police department where you were fined, there you will have to request the concerned traffic police officer for providing you the copy of the challan for that you will have to provide him the details of the said event. From there you’ll have to confirm the transport office where your DL was sent. take a photo copy of the file so that people at authority don’t make you run circles again. then you go to that particular transport office, get the date from them & collect your DL on that date. if traffic police hasn’t yet sent your DL to any authority, you can request them if they can return your DL then and there so that you can avoid going to authority again. but this is totally on their discretion whether they’ll give it you at traffic police station. otherwise you’ll have to take it from authority only.
