While driving on a busy road, a biker traveling parallel to me suddenly swerved in front of my car. I had no time to react or apply the brakes, and he collided with the left side of my car and fell. I immediately stopped, provided him with water, ensured he was okay, and called an ambulance, then I left the scene. Later, I received calls demanding money, and they subsequently filed a case against me.
hi first need to see the contents of the case filed against you and if it is filed with false allegations then you need to file quash petition in high court against the allegations made in FIR and could obtain against him
