Driving license seized for Drunk driving

I got my driving license seized because of drink driving so I need to know what are my options to get my license back. This is the first time I have been booked for any traffic violation. I am a resident of X and my license was issued from X RTO, but it was seized by Y police in Y. So can anyone let me know what should be my next steps?

As I can understand from ur query that u got seized ur license due to driving after drinking.p police has challan and I think no other matter there. isn't it?if so then u have to pay fine and u got it back,not a big procedure.

you said its your first offence, go to RTO pay the fine and get back your license . simple as that .
if you do not go to RTo then challan will be forwarded to court and court summon will come, then after summon comes go to court pay the fine and get your license.
