Car released from court on supendari how to get supendari cancelled

I have got my car released from the court on superdari. I have to sell my car as it is beyond repair now. In order to do so,I have to get my superdari cancelled. How do I do that? The car has already been auctioned by the insurer and a buyer is ready to buy it but he wants the superdari removed asap. Please help
Sir, after supardari of the car, it means that it has been handed over to the owner but it remains the property of the case attached with it. Disclose the reason or case for which u have to get the supardari done in regard. If any case is still running in relation to the vehicle it will not be cancelled.
