Bgv check query and complete acquittal


12-Aug-2026 (In Motor Accident Law)
Fir got lodged due to accident where person got minor injury. I paid for all medical expense and patient is discharged now but fir is lodged. Sections are 125a,184,119/177, 281. Both parties agree to close the issue. How it will work if chargesheet is filed? If we present affidavit in court of mutual consent to close as proper medical expenses are taken care off, will i get dicharge and acquittal in all sections ?

You will have to file quashing of FIR in the high court if the matter is settled between the parties otherwise the matter will proceed further and you will have to file an application for withdrawal before the court

hello, i read your facts and understand the whole scenario kindly contact for the proper solution..when fir was made after that chargesheet would be filed before that there is a solution to get out of this but before that contact me for the solution.
