An FIR is filed against me in a car accident in section IP 279,337 two months ago.. I have not received any summon from court yet.I have a bumper to bumper insurance vehicle. The other car and my car is damaged. The other person has injuries like fracture, he is also physically challenged. My questions is How long time it may take normally to get a summon for court hearing what kind issues I can face other than paying fines Can the other party make any financial claims can I travel abroad for a period of 35-40 days, do I need to take from permission from police or court. I have still not received the MVI report, does it normally take this much time

In this case, you will get two cases against this act. The criminal case and another one civil case( Motor claim) both you will get summon from the constant court. If you having valid insurance not too bothered about the claim case and further criminal case you to contest before the court against your charges.
