A car hit me today when I was driving. He came wrong way. He started to speak loudly and that made me nervous. He also took my drivery license and wants me to pay for all his car scratches. If I don't pay then what can he do since he has my drivery license

Lodge a complaint beofre police for theft of your license and do not pay any money tell him to recover the same from the insurance company. You shouldn't have given your license. You can contact me for further details.
