Son with Mental Disease can court direct for his admission in hospital

My Son is Suffering from aggressive Mental Disease certified by several mental hospitals like VIMHAS; Guru Tegh Bahadur Behavioral sciences Etc. Now he has become aggressive to the extent of becoming danger to me and society. Hospitals deny admission and advice only OPD help due to reasons of space and casual approach. Is court direction for long term admission in hospital possible as he can capability to kill someone and danger to society. If yes, we will proceed for legal help. please reply:
No hospital can deny you treatement of admission as long as the patient is unwell and family is paying the charges.
You cannot be deprived of treatment and hence you can approch the court thereby seeking directions that your child should be alllowed to be admitted in the hospital
