Medical negligence of non pharmacist

2 days back I went one generic pharmacy I show my old gluco strips box the seller gave a me a new glucostrips box but I'm not sure both are same or not..I ask the seller is this both are same or not he said both same..after coming home I check that but the new box was not correct glucostrips box which i show him.next day I went the same pharmacy I ask them it's not correct one they argue with me ,He is not a pharmacist.
They argue like your the educated one how u take like that they argue.
This is small cause, if you feel it is necessary, File case in Consumer Forum, may they will help you, and its less expensive other than normal judicial process ,
File case against owner of the shop snd pharmacist also
