Heavy dose of antibiotics led to impaired hearing- claim

In this case the respondant when admitted to the hospital was not only suffering from renal failure but also suffering from urinary traint infection and also blood infection.he also had extremely high urea .the situation was not good.to meet such a situation the doctor prescribed high dose antibiotic to safe the life.it was alleged that the heavy dose of antibiotic administered to the patient resultant in impairment of hearing of the respondant.decide..need legal fact and ground accordingly.

If you want to sue against the medical establishment you can file such suit in the light of medicine establishment act. If you want to particularly sue the doctors you can file a complain in medical council. As your questions are not elaborated I will suggest you to consult an advocate.
