Heart specialist sent my mom home instead of doing an angiography. Next day she suffered massive heart attack. It's been 4 years and she is not recovering. I want to sue for medical negligence. What is the procedure? Compensation?
First off you need to explain the delay of four years why it was not taken seriously to think on the legal point. Also all the Case papers needs to be studied thoroughly as what was the reason not to go ahead for further angiography or other measures in the interest of patient . As of now what your mom is not recovering of needs to be considered .
