Failed Gynaecomastia liposuction plastic surgery

I underwent Gynaecomastia surgery i.e. chest fat reduction in males plastic surgery in Aug 2023 by an gurugram based hospital chain present in Bangalore. The results are unsatisfactory as there are crater/ditch formation and unevenness. I asked hospital for refund but they denied. How can I file a legal suite for the damage?? Do I need to fight the case at the city of hospital headquarter jurisdiction? Also can I claim the litigation recovery fees?
You have to file a complaint before Karnataka Medical council. And also for damages you can file a complaint before Consumer forum. But first procure certified copies of medical records from the hospital of you do not have a copy.
