Fabrication Of False Doctor Prescription

If someone wife after one year of leaving home consulted two doctors on his behalf without his knowledge and consent and presence got a fake mental illness prescription made with some tests and medicine in it. Wife is showing it in the maintenance application filed against husband as evidence. Doctors have mentioned in the prescription patient not present. Is it not a case of fabrication of evidence under 191 or 193 ? Can that person register a separate complaint directly in court ? Will it have any effect ?
