Doctors gave wrong advice can I ask for compensation

I'm a 43 year old widow with a son aged 24.We have a sexual relationship for the past 2 years.We were using condoms till a year before,but as per the gynaecologists advice, I used a copper T implant. I was charged more than the normal rate for it.But 4 months before, I got pregnant. Both me and my son are in a position that we cannot go for termination due to love to the baby and are emotionally attached to it. It is because of the doctors advice my son stopped condoms and I chose copper T. We went to the doctor and asked for compensation.She threatened me she will tell people.What to do now?
The doctor can be prosecuted under the Criminal Law for cheating and criminal breach of trust and in addition, you can seek damages from him in the civil court.
You can simultaneously file a complaint with Medical Council of India for misconduct on part of the doctor.
