Catched with illegal medicines bt the amount of medicine

I wnt to know that medicines they take from my bike and make a case i am nt there so they keep my bike bt after 3 months they release my bike by taking there charges i wnt to know in future if i get a government job is there any issue regarding to this case
If contraband drugs have been recovered from your possession, you will be an accused in the matter. If the drugs are recovered from your vehicle, you will be answerable that when drugs were recovered who was in possession of vehicle and why? If you are not accused in the criminal case, it will not affect your future prospects. my opinion is based on only brief facts provided by you.

First you have to find out what case have they registered against you or the person with the bike as you say you were not there. If they had registered a case, then it would be for the concerned court to release your vehicle. In that scenario, you, assumingly, being the owner of the vehicle should also have been summoned.
