Typical problems an advocate can resolve include consumer disputes which mean a dispute relating to defect in product or deficiency in services. Builder disputes, Faulty services, medical negligence cases, false advertising, etc. are few examples of consumer disputes.

What's Included

a) 15-minute phone call with an advocate. Most people get the answers they are looking for during the call, but if it goes longer, the phone will not automatically disconnect.

b) Answers and advice. The advocate will suggest the best options for you, based on their experience helping other clients through consumer disputes.
 

What's Not Included

a) Review and Preparation of forms or documents.

b) Additional work by the advocate after the 15-minute phone call. Most people get the answers they need during the call, but you are welcome to talk to the advocate about hiring them for additional work.
