Will i get my deposit back if the rent agreement to not get renew

There are 6girls in a 3bhk, rent agreement is getting expired on 31/07/2018. If 2 girl's don't want to renew.. is it possible to get my deposit back
This is my response to you:
1. The landlord wishes to renew the rent agreement with the other 4 right?
2. The 2 girls who are going to vacate the premises can ask for their deposit back;
3. They can ask the landlord to pay back their share of the deposit vide a formal letter of request;
4. The landlord can renew the agreement with the remainder 4 girls.

Yes, Kindly notify the owner of the house, of your intent. And that you require the deposit back as part of it is your share. The other girls shall have to work it out with the owner in terms of the fresh deposit amount which should not concern you

Firstly the rent agreement is between whom i.e. the owner and all 6 girls. Secondly a fresh rent agreement needs to be prepared and bank deposit needs to be taken. you can return the old one and in exchange take the deposit amount from the four girls.
