What to the tenant is not vacating the shop

Hi, We have a rented shop which we are paying rent on monthly basis. that shop we have given to use keep goods and take care of that shop. Now we need to use that shop and advise to vacant the shop. But he is not leaving the shop and taking time saying soon he will shift goods to his registered Godown. its almost 5years over but still he not shifted. Can i take legal action and whats the procedure.
Hello Sir,
5 years time to vacate a property is huge, given any standards. You can approach rent control tribunal and apply to vacate the Tenant on the ground of requirement of the property for personal use.
