What to do if tenant is not leaving after expiry of agreement

I have a shop which I have given to a person for 2 years agreement for rent now the agreement time is over but that person is not leaving my land what should I do Pls suggest
File an eviction suit and also file criminal case against him for illegalities on his part including any harm done to you. Also, get the electricity connection disconnected. Take immediate and prompt action.
