What to do if my neighbour is causing trouble everyday

Hi, I am leaving as a tenant with my family in 1bhk flat (Individual house) at marathahalli (Bangalore) from last 2 years. Owner has given a single room (which is adjacent to my room) to a bachelor boy , that boy leaves whole day at home and he always fight with me and my wife on small things. He intentionally put his garbage in front of my door and if i tell him to remove that he always fights. His activity are also sucpicious. Whole day he lives at home. He neighter go for any jon nor he has any business. He go out at night. many times we have told this things to our flat owner but our falt owner never tell anything to him. Few days back my neighbor fighted with me and he threatening me. this thing i told my flat owner that this house is not safe for me i want to vaccate this immidietly because of threatned to me/my family from that guy but owner is not ready and he wants me to survive notice period. what should i do please suggest me i am in tension

Sir, it is problem. This is the duty of land lord to maintaine the tenants. If there is misbehave from neighbour guy, you can lodge a complaint to police. This is also the responsibility of the owner to advice the neighbouring tenant. If he will not do so , coplaint on both to police. The owner cannot insist for complete the agreed period when he has inconvience from neighbour guy. So, court procedings may take more time. So, you can take police help.
