What legal action taken against society for harassing senior citizen

I had gifted car to my parents now society is having issues for car parking has car is registered in my Name and i am Married.They are charging 2500 parking charges where normal for other flats it is 100rs.and they are harassing my Parents Sending Letter of increase the rate of car parking for our flat as car is not in my parents name and the flat is in my parents name . My parents are staying on same flat from last 25 yrs. Still they are harassing my parents sending Letter again and again as they senior citizen and they are getting problem for the same. What shall we do?
This is my response to you:
1. Send the society a legal notice;
2. The society is bound to offer your parents parking irrespective of whose name the car is under;
3. The society also cannot levy arbitrary charges especially charges to the tune of Rs.2,500/-;
4. The society is bound to allot parking on rotational basis (if there are less parking areas);
5. Nonetheless each owner of the flat should be allowed to park his car.
