what if we dont get a new lawyer then what will happen

We are 3 brothers and 2 sisters and there is a case going on with third party
Its been 30years but case is still going on
Now my brother is changing the lawyer as there was no outcome
My brother asks all of us to sign on vakatlama for the new lawyer
What if we 2 brothers and 2 sisters does not get a new lawyer for sometime and watch what will happen
Because all the possession of that property on which case is going on with third party is in possession of 1 brother only
Based on the information provided by you I can recommend that if the possession is with 3rd brother there are two scenarios possible
1. property is in the name of all five - Then if you won't sign vakalatnama case will be put on hold
2. If it's not in your name but there is a POA in favour of 3rd then your signing or not signing won't affect the case.
