What can be done if someone claims property which I have purchased

recently we have purchased the land but after a month unknown person is claiming themselves for the owner
Immediately lodge an FIR and file a case in court, in order to get protection. AND restrict him from entering from your purchased property. any delay will cause long term litigation and might cause loss in possession.

First of all you have to lodge an FIR against all the persons including the seller and pressurize the seller to resolve the issue, thereafter the police officials will enquire the matter, if the claim of the third party is not based on any documents then it is very for you to prove your claim.
