Want to take legal action if land owner refuses to give advance amount

I rented a place for my business. I given some amount in few Laks. Now I am going to vacate. Suppose if the owner is not going to give advance amount mens . What is the procedure we need to do.
As per rent act do you have agreement with owner ..if want vacate the house..? owner reject and refuse that, and he can not response the advance amount then you can file the recovery suit before consult the advocate office and need to verify documents then will deside it

Hello,
If the owner is not giving the advance amount and you intend to evict, first issue legal notice stating your intention of evicting the premises and to terminate the agreement whereby to pay the advance amount. You will have to wait till the time period which is mentioned in your rent agreement usually it is three months. If there is no positive result then file a suit for money recovery.
