Want legal advice to get ownership that shop are on rent since 65 year

We are tenants of a show since 65 years our landlord has given the property to a promoter for construction, and we want to purchase the shop however the promoter is asking for 25 lanks for the shop located at TITAGARH station road area, in North 24 parganas, we want a experienced property lawyer how can handle our matter.

Before dealing with your case, it needs to be cleared that you have documents to show that you are tenats of that property. when the developement was started what was your position, whether you were given any alternative accomodation or not, what are the terms of the development agreement. all these things need to be cleared and all the documents need to be seen for appropriate advice.
