10-Oct-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Original tenant expired at 97 years. His wife expired before him. One unmarried daughter is living in my rented room. Original tenant do not have any income and was dependent on his daughter. I have filed eviction suit as the daughter is not dependent on her father. What are the chances of getting eviction in my favour before five years.

Sir/Madam
Eviction suit in the civil court is a time consuming matter, you cannot expect anything within any particular time frame.
As the civil suits are procedural hence time taking, along with the other matters continues with the proceedings which also affects.
I can suggest you to follow up your case on each and every date without any failure. Your own energy to get short dates from the court will help a lot.
Thanks

There is a very good chance of getting the eviction in your favour. But, if you had already made an agreement of rent with the said daughter, then chances will minimize.
You have to see the proper case details in order to answer you better.
Thank you
