In civil case appeal to district court: 30 days from the date or decree or order appeal to high court: 90 days from the date of the decree or order. appeal to Supreme court: 90 days for civil appeal and 60 days fo special leave petition this is the general limitation periods under the Limitation Act, 1963. it depends on the decree or order which specifies the execution of the order and the time frame to vacate the said premises
