Tenants refused to vacat my house

If a tenante staying in home for 10 years..ow landlord asking him to vaccat house..But tenants asking again some time and secretly they are planning against house owner to own the house legally..how could the house owner stops and get back his house from them?

In this case, ask the tenant to vacate a property for a reasonable time if the tenant does not agree to vacate landlord to file a petition on ground of before the rent control board the landlord need their property for own occupation or for any family member. if the tenant is taking more than 12 year till the ownership of the property as adverse possession change without rental agreement no one can stay in your home as a tenant so immediately save legal notice and even they are not working for the legal notice you can file a case to evict a tenant
