Tenant not vacating house after the expiry of lease,what are my rights

I am a landlord, I have given my property on lease for 3years the lease agreement was registered now the lease agreement is completed and the Tennant is not vacating the premises so if i go to the court how much time it will take to vacate the premises and how much the expenses will come 1) In the lease agreement it is clearly mentioned that after 3yrs the tenant has to vacate the premises 2) Has the lease agreement is completed the tenant will pay me the damage charge to me

You can file a case before the proper court for evicting the tenant from the leased premises. You can even claim for damages from the tenant for use and occupation etc., here you did not specify the date of lease agreement.
