Tenant not vacating even when the tenure of lease is over what to do.

Hi, We have a property for which we have a Notarized agreement. Agreement period is over but tenant is not vacating. tenant also has not paid rent for last 3 months and asking money to move out. We also have a common electricity meter and he is not paying electricity bill too. What options do i have here? Can we cut his electricity as he is not paying and bill is getting due on us? we want property back for self possession

Dear Client, you are hereby advised to send a legal notice to the tenant to vacate the premises. Further you have to file a suit for possession. You can also file a police complaint against the tenant. Both are to be done where the property is situated.
