Tenant not paying rent or vacating property

We have given our property on rent to some couple this year in April and we made a notarised aggerement for 11 months. Now , from past month they are not paying rent or vacating house. Earlier also we faced multiple issues with them not paying their bills or paying attention to the meter guy who will charge electric bill. What to do in this case ?
Aap apne matter ko jile ke sdm karyalay me tenant ke bill aur rent na dene ke mamle me ak avedan sdm court me file kar sakte hai aur usi court se tenant ke bedakhali ka avedan bhi diya ja sakta hai ya iske allawa civil court me bhi ak petition dayar ho sakta hai
