Tenant not paid rent for 8 months and locked my flat and left

19-Oct-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
My tenant has not paid rent for more than 8 months. Now he has locked my flat with his belongings inside and staying somewhere else. He is asking to waive complete rent to vacate my flat. Hired a Lawyer. He issued Legal notice but now Lawyer is not reachable. I have already paid lawyer for his legal fees as per demand.

appoint some other lawyer and issue a legal notice then move to court. so far the question is concerned with the fees paid to the lawyer has nothing to do with your problem....you will certainly get your flat back..
